I recently discovered how running made such a powerful positive impact on me. It makes me feel more alive, stable, energetic, at peace in my mind. I wish and hope that every person can find their own activity which
participates into their wellbeing. Help me raise funds for War Child, as their aim is to create resilience and wellbeing opportunities for children unfortunately in war zones (which should never happen) and make sure that they also get their bit of peace!
