A small step for man, a great leap for mankind. 

I can keep tossing inspiration quotes at ya all day, but let's not. War Child is doing amazing work to help those in vulnerable societies. COVID19 has been tough on us, but even tougher on those who are less blessed to have a firm roof above their heads and a reliable social system. 

I take a small step to give back. I will MAKE SPORT A DAILY HABIT for War Child by weekly runs and daily fitness routines from the living room.
